Cancellation and Refunds

 

Once you have registered for an Evening Seminar or Weekend Workshop with Prepare 2 Partner (“P2P”) we hope there will be no need for you to cancel or ask for a refund.  In the unfortunately event this is the case, here is the information you need as a consumer:

General information

Prices are complete as quoted and there are no associated taxes or delivery costs.  Prices remain valid until 31st December 2010.

A contract is deemed to have been entered into when you have enrolled for a course or courses and made payment via PayPal or given cash or cheque to Clare Myatt or other representative of P2P. 

Language for all transactions will be English.

Acknowledgement of any booking / contract made online at the P2P website will be emailed within one to two working days and this acknowledgement will be in a form that can be printed out and will gain you entry to the course or courses enrolled upon.

Details of your booking will be held electronically and on paper and Clare Myatt is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for purposes of full compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Complaints should be addressed to: Clare Myatt, Prepare 2 Partner, 18 Devonshire Row, London EC2M 4HR.  Complaints will be acknowledged within seven working days and attempt at resolution will be within a reasonable time.

Cancellation

Your right to cancel the course(s) for which you have made a booking starts the day the contract is agreed and ends:

  • Seven working days after the day after the contract is agreed, if P2P provides confirmation on or before the day the contract is concluded;
  • When performance starts, if by that time P2P has provided written confirmation and you have agreed to the service starting before the cancellation period would otherwise expire;
  • Seven working days after the day after you receive written confirmation, if you have agreed to the service starting before the cancellation period would otherwise expire and P2P provides the written confirmation in good time during performance of the service.
  • When performance starts (in other words attendance at a course or course(s)).

If you are unable to attend a course, you may transfer funds from this course to another course in the future provided the course is of the same value, otherwise an additional amount may be required to meet the fee required.   

Informing Prepare 2 Partner of Cancellation

You must inform P2P by telephone/text and in writing - by email or letter, of your decision to cancel. Please do so at your earliest convenience, and no later than forty-eight hours before the course you are unable to attend.

 

Cancellation by Prepare 2 Partner

If unforeseen or emergency circumstances require P2P to cancel an event, we will contact you at the earliest possible time to communicate our decision. Please ensure we have correct and up to date contact information for you to ensure we can reach you in such an eventuality. We will offer you the opportunity of transferring your funds to an alternative course and if no such course meets your needs, then you will be offered a refund, per our customary terms and conditions.

Refund

Your money will be reimbursed as soon as possible using the manner in which payment was made – most usually PayPal - and always within a maximum period of 30 days.  There will be no charge for Prepare 2 Partner’s initial PayPal fee, but you will be charged a fee by PayPal on receipt of your refund which is yours to bear and will not be refunded by Prepare 2 Partner.
